About

Hazelnut Farm

Our Farm

est.2007

Hazelnut Farms was founded by Lynn and Patrick Medeo in 2007 on a petite 10 acre property in South Salem, Ny. Since then Hazelnut has grown and expanded exponentially.  Starting with one barn and a few grass paddocks, it has now been turned into a little slice of heaven with a main barn connected to the indoor ring, outdoor ring, multiple annex barns, grass and dry paddocks and a few trails wrapping around the property.
