Hazelnut Farms was founded by Lynn and Patrick Medeo in 2007 on a 10-acre property in South Salem, NY. Since then Hazelnut Farms has grown and expanded. Starting with one barn and a few grass paddocks, it has now been turned into a little slice of heaven with a main barn, a connecting indoor ring, an outdoor ring, multiple annex barns, grass, and dry paddocks, and a few trails around the property. Hazelnut Farms prides ourselves on having a family-like atmosphere that is warm and welcoming to all our riders and visitors. At Hazelnut Farms you will find an educational and caring environment for both horses and humans.
